Transaction Statuses Explained

Here’s a quick guide to help you understand what each transaction status means on your dashboard.

Succeeded

  • Payment completed successfully

  • Funds have been received

  • Order or service can be fulfilled


Pending

  • Payment has been initiated but not completed yet

  • Common with bank transfers or incomplete checkout

  • Funds are not available yet

⏱ If a payment stays pending for over 1 hour, it will automatically expire.


Expired

  • Payment was not completed within the allowed time

  • No funds were collected

  • This status is final

Common reasons:

  • Customer abandoned checkout

  • Payment link timed out

  • Authorization expired


🔄 Refunded

  • Payment was successful but later returned to the customer

  • Can be full or partial

  • Reduces your total revenue


⚠️ Dispute

  • Customer reported the payment to their bank (chargeback)

  • Currently tracked under refunded transactions

  • May require review or supporting evidence


🔁 Payment Flow (Simple)

  • Pending → Succeeded (payment completed)

  • Pending → Expired (after 1 hours)

  • Succeeded → Refunded / Dispute
